Herbal Delight is one of the first two non-alcoholic spirits from No Ghost in a Bottle (2018). Crafted from six distilled herbs — rosemary, cinnamon, black pepper, among others — with a touch of vinegar and apple juice, it delivers an unprecedented aromatic depth. Free from alcohol and sugar, this spirit is refined and complex, releasing a unique dry, herbaceous sensation. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of tonic, it embodies the bold elegance of alcohol-free drinking.
