Alcohol-free Sweet White Wine - Moderato x Sigalas Rabaud

This non-alcoholic cuvée unites the prestigious heritage of Château Sigalas Rabaud — a Premier Cru Classé from the Sauternes appellation — with the expertise of Moderato, pioneer of dealcoholised wine. It is crafted from the same grapes and the same manual harvesting practices as the great sweet wine, before a gentle dealcoholisation process that preserves the aromatic balance. On the palate, flavours of candied fruit, honey and apricot combine with a delicate freshness, offering a refined and accessible experience.

Alcohol-free sweet white wine jointly crafted by Sigalas Rabaud and Moderato. The grapes (100% Sémillon) are hand-harvested berry by berry on the slopes of Bommes, in Sauternes. The wine is vinified according to the estate's standards, then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature to preserve the rich aromas and natural balance. Alcohol-free, it offers a rich and expressive structure, with a fresh and harmonious finish.
