Alcohol-free sweet white wine - Moderato x Sigalas Rabaud

This alcohol-free cuvée unites the prestigious heritage of Château Sigalas Rabaud—a Premier Cru Classé of the Sauternes appellation—with the expertise of Moderato, a pioneer in dealcoholized wine. It is crafted from the same grapes and using the same hand-harvesting practices as the grand sweet wine, before undergoing a gentle dealcoholization process that preserves the aromatic balance. On the palate, flavors of candied fruit, honey, and apricot combine with a delicate freshness, offering a refined and approachable experience.

A sweet, alcohol-free white wine produced jointly by Château Sigalas Rabaud and Moderato. The grapes (100% Sémillon) are hand-harvested, berry by berry, on the slopes of Bommes in Sauternes. The wine is vinified according to the estate's standards, then dealcoholized by vacuum distillation at low temperature to preserve its rich aromas and natural balance. Alcohol-free, it offers a rich and expressive structure, with a fresh and harmonious finish.
