Majolia - Le Gamay

With Le Gamay, Majolia offers a faithful interpretation of one of the most iconic grape varieties of Beaujolais. Vinified as a full red wine before being delicately dealcoholised, it retains a beautiful expression of fruit, a supple texture and a slightly spiced finish. Notes of cherry and ripe raspberry dominate a generous and approachable palate. An alcohol-free red wine designed to accompany everyday meals as well as moments of sharing, without ever sacrificing pleasure.

Dealcoholised red wine made from 100% Gamay sourced from vines grown on granitic soils in Beaujolais. The grapes are harvested by hand and then vinified with a short maceration to preserve the roundness of the grape variety without extracting an excess of tannins. Dealcoholisation takes place only after vinification, through low-temperature vacuum distillation, preserving the balance and aromas of the original wine.
