Majolia - Le Chardonnay 0.2%

Crafted at the heart of a family estate in southern Burgundy that has been cultivated since 1737, the Majolia Chardonnay preserves the authentic expression of the grape variety through expertise that combines tradition and innovation. Its floral and mineral palette, carried by notes of green apple and lemon, elegantly accompanies gougères, fish, sushi or white meats. A dealcoholised wine designed to bring back the pleasure of a fine table, without compromise on taste.

Dealcoholised white wine made from Chardonnay sourced from a family-owned Burgundy estate. The wine is crafted using the estate's traditional methods, in concrete vats and Burgundy oak barrels. The alcohol is then removed by vacuum distillation at low temperature (25 °C), preserving the natural aromas without the addition of sugar or artificial flavourings.
