The 0.0% Cider by Maison Noa is far more than a substitute: it is a premium cider, born from orchards in north-west France, fermented and then carefully dealcoholised. Its unique method preserves the authentic flavour, validated by 128 blind tests showing no distinction before and after dealcoholisation. Alcohol-free and vegan, it delivers fruit complexity and elegant bubbles, for only 12 kcal/100 ml. A refined, elegant and convivial alternative, perfect as an aperitif or for everyday enjoyment.
