Elderflower - Maïa

Maïa pays tribute to French elderberry with an elegant and original non-alcoholic craft drink. Awarded at the Épicures de l'Épicerie Fine 2024 (Bronze in the Non-Alcoholic category and Jury's Special Prize for its packaging), it charms with its limpid colour, delicately floral nose and a palate that is both gentle and tangy. Its spring-like, thirst-quenching profile makes it a refined alternative to spirits. Enjoy it neat as an aperitif, lengthened with sparkling water, or as a base for creative cocktails.

<p>The recipe for MAÏA is a precious heritage passed down within Damien and Alissone's family for several generations... Today, they are delighted to share it with those who, just like us, enjoy creating simple and refined recipes.</p>
<p>Each year, from May to June, the wild elder tree adorns itself with delicate white flowers of exquisite aroma. Alissone and Damien take the time to pick each flower by hand to preserve its freshness, its delicacy and its intensity.</p>
<p>Although the process behind its creation remains jealously guarded, rest assured that Maïa captures all the freshness and sweet gentleness of wild flowers.</p>
