The Mosaic, Citra and Cryo Sabro hops express themselves fully, accompanied by notes of tropical fruits and citrus. A beer that is both accessible and complex, oscillating between refreshing crispness and aromatic intensity.

This beer is crafted using a specific brewing process, with no dealcoholisation step. Aromatic hops (Mosaic, Citra, Cryo Sabro, sometimes Nectaron depending on the batch) are used in dry hopping to maximise aromas. Fermentation is carefully controlled to naturally limit the alcohol content whilst preserving structure and richness. The result: a balanced, expressive beer that stays true to craft standards.
