Sparkling alcohol-free Chardonnay 0% - Le Petit Etoilé

The Effervescent Chardonnay Le Petit Étoilé is a non-fermented, organic and vegan-friendly drink. Crafted using cold skin maceration (4°C) for 8 hours, then dosed with must and carbonated at low temperature, it preserves aromas and finesse. Pale yellow colour, delicate bubbles, floral and fruity nose, creamy and fresh palate. Alcohol-free, it embodies the festive and light spirit of the collection — a modern alternative to traditional sparkling wines.

After destemming and crushing, a cold skin maceration is carried out (4°C). The maceration, lasting 8 hours, is performed before pressing in order to extract the beneficial compounds from the grape, such as polyphenols and tannins. As with champagne, a dosage liqueur made from organic Chardonnay musts is added before bottling. The pressure is achieved by injecting natural carbon dioxide at low temperature.
