Long description

Equinoxe Zéro Rouge is the most ambitious expression of the expertise of Domaine de l'Arjolle. This cabernet-merlot blend is traditionally vinified, macerated for 15 days and then aged in oak for eight months. The dealcoholisation, carried out by vacuum evaporation at low temperature, preserves the full aromatic richness and structure of the original wine. Tasting reveals a bouquet of candied fruits, spices and toasted notes, supported by a velvety and lingering palate.
