Non-alcoholic drink crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. Early harvest carried out at night to preserve the aromas. Cold skin maceration, direct pressing and pasteurisation. Structured blend with infusion of grape seeds, yeast extract and French oak. No fermentation. Clay-limestone terroirs under a Mediterranean climate. Serve between 8 and 10 °C.
