Non-alcoholic drink crafted from Chardonnay grape juice sourced from clay-limestone terroirs in a Mediterranean climate. Early and nocturnal harvests to preserve freshness and acidity. Cold maceration, direct pressing followed by pasteurisation of the musts. The blend is enriched through infusion of grape seeds, yeast extract and oak wood to structure the aromatic balance. No fermentation process. Serve between 8 and 10 °C.
