Non-alcoholic drink made from Pinot Noir grape juice. Early harvest, rigorous grape selection, hot maceration to extract colour and structure, then pressing and pasteurisation. Blend enriched by infusion of grape seeds, yeast extract and oak. No fermentation. Clay-limestone terroirs in a Mediterranean climate. Serve slightly chilled.
