Non-alcoholic drink based on Grenache grape juice. Early harvest, short cold skin maceration to achieve the rosé hue, direct pressing and pasteurisation. Blend enriched by infusion of grape seeds, yeast extract and oak wood. No fermentation process. Clay-limestone terroirs under a Mediterranean climate. Serve chilled between 8 and 10 °C.
