Brewed with Strata and Simcoe yeasts, it develops a rich aroma: tropical fruits, vibrant grapefruit, and passion fruit. Its secret? A process that naturally stimulates the yeast to produce rich aromas, without extracts or artificial additives. An innovative, refreshing beer true to the NEIPA style, in a completely alcohol-free version. A very limited edition, already a collector's item.
