The Bio Blanche from la Brasserie Parallèle is carefully brewed using organic ingredients and a specific yeast that naturally limits alcohol production. Its hazy appearance, nose of lemon and coriander, and lively palate make it a refreshing, balanced and subtly aromatic beer. In 2024, it was named the world's best alcohol-free wheat beer at the World Beer Awards and received the gold medal at the European Beer Challenge, confirming its status as an international benchmark among alcohol-free craft beers.
