Long description

Cuvée Blanc N°01 was born from the meeting between Kolonne Null and the prestigious Freiherr von Gleichenstein estate, established in the Kaiserstuhl since the 17th century. This dealcoholised sparkling wine combines Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc in a highly precise blend. The nose is reminiscent of pear and mirabelle plum, lifted by brioche nuances. On the palate, the balance is remarkable, carried by a fine and persistent bubble that highlights the freshness. This cuvée reflects the shared expertise of a historic estate and an innovative house, united to offer a refined sparkling wine true to its terroir.
