Crafted by L'Atelier du Ferment, this organic kefir combines kefir grains, dried fruits and lemon for a natural fermentation, giving rise to a sparkling and digestible drink. Its pale colour is accompanied by bright, zesty notes, carried by a light effervescence. With no added flavourings, it delivers the frank and direct expression of lemon, softened by the subtle balance of fermentation. A pure, living kefir that reveals the nobility of a simple and precise recipe.

Filtered water, real fresh kefir grains (filtered), organic cane sugar (transformed during fermentation), organic lemon juice (1.4%), organic dried grapes. Pasteurised drink.
