This artisan fruit kefir showcases organic ginger, infused after fermentation to preserve its aromatic intensity. L'Atelier du Ferment masters the balance here between the light acidity of fermentation and the spicy power of the root. The result: a living drink with a frank and assertive profile, which retains the finesse of the natural bubble. A kefir with character, designed for curious palates in search of clean and authentic sensations.

Filtered water, genuine fresh kefir grains (filtered), organic cane sugar (transformed during fermentation), organic lemon juice, organic dried raisins, organic ginger (0.55%), organic rooibos. Pasteurised drink.
