Non Ginger IPA - Jopen

This alcohol-free IPA brews the best of both worlds: the typical hoppy fruitiness of a modern IPA and the natural spice of ginger. Thanks to a special yeast that limits alcohol production, Jopen achieves a balanced, expressive and lightly spiced beer. It showcases the brewery's creativity, never hesitating to revisit the classics with an original twist.

Controlled fermentation using a specific low-alcohol yeast. A solid malt base, generous hopping, and the addition of natural ginger to create a fruity and spiced IPA. A distinctive beer that plays on the balance between hoppy freshness and heat.
