Long description

This drink is built on an infusion of rooibos, Ceylon black tea, rosemary and liquorice, to which organic pomegranate juice is added for colour, acidity and a lightly woody tannic structure. The artisanal, non-fermented maceration preserves the full aromatic density. The result is a deep red, spiced expression with notes of undergrowth, while remaining gentle on the palate — a rare depth not confined to alcohol.
