Handcrafted in Nantes, this concentrated juice combines the bold heat of Peruvian organic ginger with the earthy warmth of turmeric. Cold-pressed to preserve the aromatic vitality of the roots, it retains a rich texture. Its vibrant yellow colour announces a nose of citrus and spices, followed by an intense palate that is both peppery and balanced. Designed to be diluted, it is easy to use as a drink or in cooking, bringing intensity and character to every preparation.
