Crafted in Nantes, this concentrated juice showcases organic ginger from Peru, renowned for its vibrancy. Cold-pressed, it retains its peppery and citrusy aromas as well as its aromatic density. Its opaque yellow colour precedes a fresh, rooty nose and a sharp yet balanced palate. It is easily dosed at 20–30 ml to create infusions, cocktails or culinary recipes.
