This organic concentrate combines 40% ginger with citrus fruits (lemon and yuzu) and aromatic herbs, lifted by a hint of reduced cane sugar. Certified organic (BE‑BIO‑01), its natural composition with no additives or alcohol allows the full power of the ginger to shine through, tempered by the acidity and complexity of the citrus. It has a simple, honest construction, yet technically mastered — a concentrated character that retains body despite its restraint.
