Tripel Hop 0.4% 33 cl - Force Majeure

Tripel Force Majeure alcohol-free, with a bright golden colour and generous foam. The nose blends cereals, coriander and a hint of honey. The palate is full, carried by precise effervescence and a dry, clean finish. Brewed in Belgium in the spirit of a tripel, it relies on a blend of grains and measured hopping. Fermentation is controlled to remain ≤0.5% vol., without dealcoholisation, in order to preserve density, aromatic balance and body, with purity and well-mastered drinkability.

Multiple grains in the style of a tripel (barley, possible wheat), precise mashing, selected hops, spices used with restraint. Fermentation conducted and stopped at the right moment to reach ≤0.5% vol., preserving body and complexity. Adjusted carbonation, careful clarification, no dealcoholisation process employed.
