Kriek 0.4% 33 cl - Force Majeure

Force Majeure offers an alcohol-free kriek that puts fruit front and centre. The cherry-red colour signals a nose of morello cherries and a fresh, delicately tart palate. The structure remains supple, with a clean, crisp and thirst-quenching finish. Brewed in Belgium, it relies on a light base and cherry additions for its aromatic expression. Fermentation is controlled to stay ≤0.5% vol., without dealcoholisation, in order to preserve the style's identity, the integrity of the fruit and its natural freshness.

Light blonde base on pale malts, with cherries added for fruity expression. Fermentation conducted with selected yeasts and controlled temperature to naturally cap at ≤0.5% vol. Fine acidity adjustment and moderate carbonation. No dealcoholisation process used, fruity profile preserved.
