Long description

At Gueule de Joie, we chose Résolution for its clear-cut freshness and the real vibrancy of its Sauvignon Blanc. Citrus and white flowers lead the way, while fine bubbles lift the mineral, thirst-quenching finish. Ethic Drinks, a B Corp-certified producer based in Bordeaux, pays attention to every detail, from the cork to the recycled cardboard. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with oysters, goat’s cheese or sushi.
