Made from traditional Languedoc grape varieties (80% Grenache Noir, 20% Cinsault), Rosé Zéro Effervescent benefits from careful winemaking before dealcoholisation. The bubbles, added with precision, extend the freshness and highlight the aromas of red fruits, citrus and flowers. Its clear, bright colour underlines the elegance of a dealcoholised rosé with its identity intact. Domaine de Montrose, rooted in the Mediterranean since the 17th century, presents here a modern cuvée that combines tradition and innovation in a refined style.

Vinified in stainless steel tanks, carefully aged, then dealcoholised by low-temperature distillation to preserve its aromatic qualities. After reintegration of natural flavourings, a fine carbonation is added to create an elegant and stable effervescence, without the use of artificial additives.
