Long description

Crafted by DIVIN NOLOW in the heart of the Val de Loire, this rosé blends Pinot Noir, Cot, Cabernet Franc and Gamay in a precise and expressive dealcoholised version. Even before dealcoholisation, the wine base is worked to deliver a generous aromatic profile of fresh red fruits. Thanks to vacuum distillation at low temperature, the wine retains its freshness, aromatic brilliance and natural tension. A flavoursome, fluid and convivial alcohol-free rosé that doesn't try too hard to please.

Technical description

DIVIN Rosé 0.0% is produced from a Loire blend grown on clay-sandy soils. After vinification, the wine is dealcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature to preserve the most fragile aromatic compounds. The extracted aromas are then reassembled with the dealcoholised base to restore balance, freshness and fruity intensity.
