Colombard and Roussanne - Cypher

This Cypher Colombard–Roussanne is crafted from organic white grape varieties from the Languedoc, vinified classically and then cold vacuum dealcoholised to preserve their aromatic structure. On the nose, there is an invigorating freshness with hints of white fruits and citrus. The attack is clean, the palate harmonious, with a delicate finish. A healthy and indulgent alternative to a white wine, designed for aperitifs and light dishes.

Domaine de Brau uses a gentle process: Colombard and Roussanne wines are vinified then dealcoholised by vacuum evaporation at low temperature. This process preserves the varietal aromas and gustatory tension. The wine is bottled with no added flavourings, in eco-responsible packaging as part of a sustainable and minimalist approach.
