Collection Vigneron - Blanc de Blanc - Divin

With DIVIN Vigneron Blanc de Blancs, the Loire reveals its purest expression of Chenin Blanc. Born on clay and sandy soils, then partially aged in oak foudres, it offers aromas of pear, peach and green apple, underscored by vanilla. Its fine bubble pairs beautifully with scallops, grilled fish, goat's cheese or a fruit tart. At 0.5%, it retains the soul of wine whilst celebrating the freedom to enjoy differently.

A 100% Chenin Blanc blend, of which 40% is aged in oak vats from the Brouard forest. Dealcoholisation is carried out by gentle vacuum extraction, preserving the primary aromas and the structure of the wine. The grapes come from sandy-clay terroirs in the Val de Loire, cultivated with care and respect for nature. The result: an alcohol-free wine with fine bubbles, a straight and balanced profile, reminiscent of the great white wines of the Loire in a light and precise style.
