L'Excessive Sparkling Rosé - Château d'Estoublon

L'Excessive Rosé Effervescent is a sparkling tribute to conviviality, signed by Château d'Estoublon and Carla Bruni. Its fine bubbles animate a luminous rosé colour, while the nose opens on delicate floral notes. On the palate, lightness combines with a fruity freshness to evoke the pleasures of alcohol-free rosé wine. Delicious on its own or in a creative mocktail, it reinvents refined moments in a sparkling and controlled version.

After a 5-hour skin maceration in the press, the grapes are gently pressed and settled at a low temperature. They are then carefully stored in a cool environment to prevent alcoholic fermentation and preserve the purity of their aromas. Serve very chilled between 4 and 6 degrees Celsius. Once opened, keep refrigerated with a suitable stopper.
