Prince Oscar - Château Clos de Boüard

From an argilo-calcareous terroir close to Saint-Émilion, this dealcoholised red blends 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Carefully vinified by Coralie de Boüard, it expresses the full family expertise of Château Angélus. Its brilliant ruby colour reveals aromas of strawberries and plums. On the palate, the supple texture unfolds a rich palette of red fruits, extended by a subtly spiced finish. An alcohol-free wine that combines elegance, authenticity and modernity.

Dealcoholisation is carried out cold under vacuum, in a single pass through a membrane to preserve the brightness of the fruit. Claiming a position as both a classic and modern winemaker, Coralie de Boüard applies the family know-how and expertise (Château Angélus) across the 30 hectares of the vineyard to produce high-quality wines with silky, velvety tannins.
