Eden - Sauvignon blanc - Château Clos de Boüard

Crafted at Château Clos de Boüard, Eden is an alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc of rare elegance. Sourced from 40-year-old vines on clay-limestone terroir near Saint-Émilion, it combines tradition and modernity through the expertise of Coralie de Boüard. Vinified and aged in barrels before a gentle cold dealcoholisation, it reveals a golden colour, notes of citrus and white flowers, and a full, fresh and balanced palate. Perfect with fish, salads or goat's cheese.

Dealcoholisation is carried out cold under vacuum, in a single pass through a membrane to preserve the brightness of the fruit. Claiming a position as both a classic and modern winemaker, Coralie de Boüard applies the family know-how and expertise (Château Angélus) across the 30 hectares of the vineyard to produce high-quality wines with silky, velvety tannins.
