Crafted at Château Clos de Boüard, Eden is an exceptionally elegant alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc. Made from 40-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone soil near Saint-Émilion, it blends tradition and modernity thanks to the expertise of Coralie de Boüard. Vinified and aged in oak barrels before undergoing gentle cold dealcoholization, it reveals a golden hue, notes of citrus and white flowers, and a full, fresh, and balanced palate. Perfect with fish, salads, or goat cheese.

Dealcoholization is carried out cold under vacuum, in a single pass through a membrane to preserve the fruit's vibrancy. Claiming a position as a winemaker that is both classic and modern, Coralie de Boüard applies the family's know-how and expertise (Château Angélus) to the 30 hectares of vineyards to produce high-quality wines with silky, velvety tannins.
