Long description

Rib0 Muscat Mousseux is a dealcoholised sparkling wine from Alsace, made from 100% hand-harvested Muscat d'Alsace. Careful vinification (whole-bunch maceration, fermentation, ageing on fine lees for 3–6 months) preserves aromatic freshness. Gentle vacuum dealcoholisation at low temperature retains the fruity aromas, before the addition of CO₂ and rectified must to rebalance. The result: a lively, fresh and floral sparkling wine, alcohol-free, ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.
