Rib0 Muscat Sylvaner - Cave de Ribeauvillé

Rib0 Muscat–Sylvaner is a delicate blend of Muscat and Sylvaner grapes (50/50), grown in Alsace, vinified using traditional methods, and then aged on fine lees for 3–6 months. The gentle dealcoholization process preserves the clean, fruity aromas. The initial taste is crisp and light, with lovely vibrancy and suppleness. Dry and easy-drinking, it embodies the expression of the Alsatian terroir in an alcohol-free version, ideal for grilled fish, savory tarts, or oysters.
