With this gift set, UBY showcases its Gascon expertise across three entirely alcohol-free wines. The Sauvignon White delivers crisp freshness with notes of white peach, grapefruit and lemon. The Rosé blends raspberry, redcurrant and subtle spices in a delightfully generous profile. Finally, the Merlot red wine brings softness, red fruit and discreet oaky nuances. Three complementary colours from the same family estate, designed to transition effortlessly from aperitif to dining and to discover an approachable, convivial and contemporary take on 0.0% wine.

Gift set containing three 75 cl bottles at 0.0%: Sauvignon White, Rosé made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, and red 100% Merlot. The grapes are vinified using traditional estate methods, notably featuring night harvesting and controlled fermentation. The alcohol is then gently removed via low-temperature vacuum evaporation to preserve the aromatic profile. Three complementary expressions of Gascon terroir brought together in a single set. Serve between 6 and 8 °C for the white and rosé, and between 12 and 14 °C for the red. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 days.
