Pico Bello - Brussels Beer Projects

Pico Bello, the first Belgian craft non-alcoholic Sour Hazy IPA, is covered in a hazy haze and richly hopped. Brewed with malt, wheat, and oat flakes, then infused with Amarillo, Citra, Ekuanot, and Simcoe hops, it delivers an explosion of citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruit, followed by a refreshing acidity. Thanks to a special yeast that produces very little alcohol, it combines aromatic complexity with a dry balance: the light beer that electrifies without added sugar.

Naturally brewed without industrial dealcoholization, Pico Bello uses a yeast strain that produces a minimal amount of fruity alcohol (0.3%). It is brewed with malt, wheat, oats, and four aromatic hops, without any additives or fermentation. The hazy appearance is natural (from malt and flakes). Canned directly to preserve aroma and freshness, without extensive filtration.
