With Delta Zero, Brussels Beer Project revisits its iconic IPA in a non-alcoholic version. Naturally brewed with barley, rye, and wheat malts, then dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo, it releases vibrant notes of lemon, pine, and lychee. The LA-01 yeast maintains the IPA character while limiting the alcohol content. The result: a light, firm, and structured IPA, perfect for enjoying during a "Dry January" moment or a refreshing afternoon.

After a standard brew with barley, wheat, and rye malts, Delta Zero is dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo to enhance its citrus and resinous aromas. The LA-01 yeast naturally limits the alcohol content (0.3%), preserving the flavors and bitterness. No chemical processes are used; fermentation is controlled. This 100% handcrafted beer is cold-canned without stabilizers to retain its full IPA character.
