Delta Zero - IPA - Brussels Beer Project

With Delta Zero, Brussels Beer Project revisits its iconic IPA in an alcohol-free version. Naturally brewed with barley malt, rye and wheat, then dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo, it exudes bright notes of lemon, pine and lychee. The LA‑01 yeast preserves the IPA character while keeping the alcohol low. The result: a light, well-defined, structured IPA, perfect to enjoy during a Dry January moment or a refreshing afternoon.

After a standard brew with barley, wheat, and rye malts, Delta Zero is dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic Cryo to enhance its citrus and resinous aromas. The LA-01 yeast naturally limits the alcohol content (0.3%), preserving the flavors and bitterness. No chemical processes are used; fermentation is controlled. This 100% handcrafted beer is cold-canned without stabilizers to retain its full IPA character.
