Its malty body combines aromas of peeled grapefruit and zesty hops, enhanced by generous dry hopping and a specific fermentation technique. As such, the New York brewery decided it was time to explore one of the most challenging areas of brewing: alcohol-free beers. They wanted to brew a beer for more people and more occasions.
