Conceived in the heart of the Cévennes by Les Brasseurs de la Jonte, Minim'ale is an organic blonde Pale Ale style beer that cultivates a balance between simplicity and aromatic expression. Brewed in a former watermill, it reveals a fresh, citrus-driven flavour profile carried by a lovely liveliness. The addition of lemon juice enhances this thirst-quenching sensation, while the cereals add depth. A beer that is both accessible and expressive, designed to accompany light moments… Without ever becoming unremarkable.

Technical description

Minim'ale is an organic pale ale-style blonde beer, brewed with organic barley and oat malts. The addition of lemon juice brings a natural acidity and a marked freshness. Fermentation is controlled to keep the alcohol level around 0.4%, while maintaining a balanced aromatic structure and great drinkability.
