Louis - Blonde 75cl - Brasserie Motte Cordonnier

Brewed in Armentières, La Louis celebrates the family brewing tradition with a mastered artisanal micro-fermentation. This alcohol-free blonde (≤0.5%) combines fine malts and local and American hops to develop floral and citrus aromas. The result: a refreshing beer, full-bodied and flavourful, perfect for sharing a convivial moment whilst supporting research — €1 is donated to the Institut Pasteur de Lille with every bottle sold.

Louis is crafted using artisanal micro-fermentation: the malts, present in carefully measured quantities, provide body without alcohol. Fermentation is precisely controlled to guarantee an alcohol content below 0.5%. The blend of local and American hops brings freshness and floral notes. Everything is brewed with rigor and respect for tradition, then bottled with a spirit of solidarity and innovation, in partnership with the Pasteur Institute of Lille.
