Created in 2025 by Brasserie Dubuisson, Lowa Trolls is a filtered, alcohol-free (0.3%) blonde beer made using traditional brewing methods. It is crafted from malts, an expressive Motueka hop, water, and a specific yeast. Its slow fermentation preserves the natural aromas, revealing floral, citrus, and zesty notes, a lingering bitterness, a gentle sweetness, and a balanced acidity. A creamy head completes this natural and flavorful experience.
