Long description

Origo Brut is a non-alcoholic mead (<0.5%) made from wildflower honey and brewed with Cascade, Citra, and Ekuanot hops. Slightly tart, it unfolds with notes of green apple, redcurrant, and flowers. Lightly sweet and delicate, it combines sparkling freshness with complex vegetal aromas. Ideal served chilled with shellfish, salads, or as an elegant non-alcoholic aperitif.
