Long description

Origo Brut is an alcohol-free mead (<0.5%) made from wild flower honey and brewed with Cascade, Citra and Ekuanot hops. Lightly tangy, it unfolds notes of green apple, redcurrant and flowers. Lightly sweetened and delicate, it marries sparkling freshness with complex vegetal aromas. Ideal served chilled alongside shellfish, salads or for an elegant alcohol-free aperitif.
