Fiora Rosé combines English borage honey with wild raspberry and rose petals to create a pale rosé mead with no alcohol (<0.5%). It has a silky, slightly tart, and floral palate, with a long, fragrant finish. With no added sugar, it offers a subtle and balanced aromatic freshness, ideal with salads, fish, or desserts. Its elegant texture and delicate character make it a refined alternative to classic sparkling rosé wines.
