Calluna Brut is a sparkling, alcohol-free mead (<0.5%) fermented with Scottish heather honey, cascade hops, Thai basil, and tarragon. Rich in vegetal and earthy notes, it combines a fine effervescence with a balanced dry bitterness. Ideal with seafood, roast chicken, or aromatic salads. With no added sugar, its delicate texture preserves the complex flavors of honey in a modern alternative to sweet champagne.
