IPA Beer 33cl - Beach Bum

This alcohol-free IPA is an aromatic concentrate achieved through generous dry hopping of Enigma, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Magnum. Its base of three barley malts and oat flakes gives it a smooth texture. Complex and expressive, it is not dealcoholized but rather the product of a controlled natural fermentation. It is then pasteurized to guarantee stability and intensity of flavor.

Beach Bum uses brewing methods that prioritize the natural fermentation of each beer. Therefore, there is no dealcoholization process. This pasteurized beer guarantees product quality for 18 months.
