Long description

Unfiltered, this wheat beer stands out for its creamy head and slightly hazy appearance. Brewed from wheat malt, Pilsen barley, flaked grains, and lemon zest, it is spiced with coriander. Three hops (Magnum, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Hallertau Blanc) provide freshness and complexity. Naturally fermented, without dealcoholisation, it is pasteurised to preserve quality.
