Java Rosé captures Provence in an alcohol-free bottle. Sourced from organic viticulture rich in biodiversity, it is crafted on clay-limestone soils, with night harvesting and direct pressing. Dealcoholised via an innovative process, it retains all its aromatic finesse: floral delicacy, fruity freshness and a hint of terroir. Produced at the heart of an ancestral wine estate, this modern rosé embodies the alliance of past and invention. Served chilled, it pairs beautifully with a niçoise salad, a tapenade or a slice of melon for a moment of lightness that is entirely assumed.

Java Rosé is crafted using mechanical night harvesting and cold pressing, on clay-limestone soils. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, followed by dealcoholisation using a process that preserves the aromas. No artificial flavourings added. This refined expertise allows for a 0% cuvée with no sensory compromise, true to the Bargemone DNA: organic, respectful of the terroir and resolutely elegant.
