Long description

Archipel selects locally harvested fig leaves for their aromatic richness. Fermentation with organic sugar and a kombucha culture develops natural lactic aromas and a slight acidity. The result is a lovely texture on the palate, supple and soft, with no bitterness. It is a surprisingly rounded, comforting, vegetal alcohol-free drink, halfway between an infusion and a traditional kombucha.
