Crafted by Les Grands Chais de France, this alcohol-free cabernet reflects the character of the grape variety. Traditional winemaking is followed by a gentle cold dealcoholisation process, which preserves the deep aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and spice. On the palate, the structure is upright, the tannins are smooth, and the whole retains a beautiful intensity. It is a straightforward, assertive alcohol-free red that pairs effortlessly with hearty, sharing-style cuisine.
